Standard Select option is a joke

Why does the list of network specialist differs from Standard option? On standard select the list of network healthcare specialist is severely limited and mostly cannot be used my concern is orthopedic surgeons in PTA on your list do not use Moot, Montana or Jacaranda hospital. Remember although an orthopedic surgeon may be on your list, most specialize in only one field, for example, hand, back, neck and lower limbs. What happens when no specialized field specialist is available, how will bear the costs or co- payment as I would be forced to use a non-network specialist or hospital, not by choice. It seems to be doomed situation, as it seems I will have to do the co- payment, whether for specialist or hospitals.
