Staff service pathetic
Every time i have a claim it is a struggle. I cant contact anyone as we are staff. When i do contact staffqueries i get no help. I have put a claim through on the 28th Nov. Also uploaded it online.....i am getting NO response! How can i sort out claims or problems if no one is able or willing to help me? If staff is treatet like this how is other members treated?
