Slow Responses!!!!

Good day <br> <br> Firstly i would like to know why does it take Bonitas more than 3 weeks for a response????I've only been with Bonitas for a few months and how i regret taking up medical aid with you..After so many people told me that you one of the best medical aids around, i doubt that's true!<br> <br> I logged a complaint last month 27/05/2015 and its the 22/06/2015 and still my query has not been resolved. You have the most pathetic response service ever, a new reference every time i mail!!! i last got a response from your team 3 weeks ago!! last week i decided to call again and the agent advised that they will make the matter urgent...oh well that was just another promise.<br> <br> Can someone please assist me and get my query resolved ASAP, as i advised to many of your agents this is urgent. <br> <br> Last reference/query number: 010615Q9Y703<br> <br> Regards<br> <br>
