Sloppy Customer Service

I first called and emailed Bonitas on December 29th 2023 requesting a refund for wrongly allocated funds. It is now more than a full calendar month, still no refund. I have been getting countless vague emails with too many reference numbers and promises to have the money refunded within 3-5 working days.

I have tried to escalate to higher management to no avail or any kind of urgency to resolve the matter.

They have shown no regard for honoring their turn around times.

I am honestly exhausted from chasing after them.
