1.The Gp, my D.S.P send me for x ray, on my plan it shows that they pay for black and white x-rays. According to my monthly statement it shows( code 671,treatment not covered.) Know i get a account from the radiologist for the amount. They gave the correct code 51120 that is covered on my plan. 2. I was vaccinated and the national heath department send them a account for the vaccination with the correct codes. They did not pay. It is time they get qualified staff, when you ask a question they can not answer you. 3. I have glaucoma and have to see the ophthalmologist twice a year, the dr gets authorisation with payment codes from bonitas, but they do not honour the payment .
