SLAP DASH STAFF

It seam that Bonitas does not worry about there clients. I have complained about this before but this year its getting worse. I suffer from glaucoma after cataract surgery'. The ophthalmologist has put me on conic eye drops. I according to the PMB situation i have to see him twice a year at Bonitas cost. Not only do they take the appointment from my allocated specialist visits but they don't pay the surgeon for the service that he has done, they come with a new story that he is not on there DSP. He is the only ophthalmologist in a radius of 150 km. According to the medical aid association, if there is no DSP in a radius of 50 km Bonitas must pay according to there allocation fee for the consultation and he must get authorization to do tests. He does this bonitas approve it but in the end he does not get paid and i have to pay the consultation. It seam the people working there do not know what they are doing. WHAT IS GOING ON WITH YOU BONITAS?????????????
