SIES pathetic service
I have just joined and already im not impressed with service from bonitas. My daughter went to doctor and the medical aid rejected a claim and im not sure on what grounds. I then send endless emails and no one has answered or even attempted to call to discuss the claim, pathetic service really, juat a call to clarify and tell me more about why my plan rejects my claim would be appreciated, 3 weeks has passed now and nothing has been said
