Sick and tired of poor service!

Dear Bonitas,

This is my public "break up letter" I sent you an email requesting to be contacted by a broker/manager, so that you may actually afford me some sort of explination for the excuse of a medical aid that you are.

My premiums are R13 000.00 a month, I'm sure there are many other medical aid schemes that would appreciate my business.

DO NOT get a call centre person to contact me from this review!!!! If I am to be contactacted at all, it better be by someone who is willing to sit with me face to face, to try and explain exactly what a member is supposed to get for R13 000 a month.

Otherwise, any brokers out there who would like my business, please feel free to leave me a message on this platform, so that I can leave this excuse of a medical aid behind me.
