Shut Down this Bonitas Medical Aid Company

Money for A Service Provider has been transferred to my closed account. Obviously, the deposit had bounced from that account. Up to date not a ny employee from this medical aid has phoned me to enquire further nor have they phoned me since the 16th April 2019 to date. Had the Service Provider not contacted me I would never had known of such. This goes to show that this medical aid company's inefficiency prevails inundated and who knows how many clients are ****** in this way. The finance dept..really do not function like another organisation. Due to all our contact with this medical aid company none has reverted to us indicating when we will receive the funds which are due to us. A company so seriously in need of further investigation into the Management and HOD. There is lack of team spirit, Communication, efficiency and most importantly their Client's are unimportant to them. Their Customer Service seriously STINKS..PATHETIC...DISGUST. Can I get a return telephone call from a senior HOD Or Management asap...Cannot fathom how unconcerned their HOD's and MANAGEMENT remain without having investigations getting done or offering some communication with their CLIENT. THE MEDICAL COUNCIL SHOULD DEFINITELY SHUT DOWN THIS MEDICAL AID BONITAS .
