Tried switching from company paying to private contributions for medical aid rather than switching to momentum medical aid and what an absolute nightmare it has been! Sent docs on the 17th of December, called on the 6th and still awaiting a TL to call me back. Would think if someone wants to willingly pay to keep the medical aid the whole retentions team would be chasing this business. Does not seem to be the case for Bonitas Medical Aid
