Short fall payments

Bonitas is an absolute nightmare its only paying 10% of what the doctors charge the rest we as clients we have to pay it out of our own pockets where as they get their money in full and we struggle to because of the shortfall we sit in debt because of bonitas I used to think its an amazing medical aid but now it just useless its better going to a public clinic than being with bonitas it has honestly lost it's value

I was hospitalised on the 29th of June to the 3rd of July on the 2nd I was in theatre the an anaesthetic charged an amount of R4452 only R1319 was paid by the scheme how is it on clients when medical aids only pays such a small portion that’s not the only shortfall another amount charged R5974 an amount of R1984 was paid so I’m liable for the difference which is not far at all to clients paying medical aid without fail where am I supposed to get R7000 from to pay for the shortfall
