Shocking service with a credit refund

Bonitas won't waste any time when they don't receive monthly payments to suspend clients benefits etc.

I have been struggling for the last month to receive my return they owe me. Every time I speak to their consultants they have a different story. It's my cell phone account that's running high due to the fact that they keep you on hold for 20 min every time.

Last week I was told I will have the funds in my account by latest this week Wednesday. Today I spoke to Bonitas twice just for them to tell me I will only receive the funds in the next 14 days. It is totally unacceptable!!! They are pathetic I won't suggest them to ANYONE!!!
