Shocking Service Since Momentum Involvement

Since Momentum takeover of administration the service has taken a dramatic turn for the worse. Before I never had to wait long to speak to an agent, be it on the phone or WhatsApp. Promises were made that it will be a smooth transition not affecting members. Why so many negative reviews then specifically referring to the Momentum takeover? Also, existing programs, being mental health, or chronic medicine have been discontinued and need to be re-app**** for. This is just so unfortunate, why change something that works??? No chance Bonitas will be rated the best medical aid in the coming years.
