Shocking service

Can I give a minus rating for Bonitas?? I am not going to list the long story here. I hope to summarize: I was a member of BonSave and resigned on 31 December 2024. My savings balance was supposed to be paid out at the end of April. We are heading for the end of June. I am sick and tired of having to follow up. They clearly don't care about the poor rating they have in the marketplace. To think, when I joined, I was telling everybody how great they are!!! Can someone from Bonitas please sort this out? I can't give my membership number here but I'm sure they can easily trace it. Thanking you, Linda Dippenaar
