SHOCKING SERVICE - BONITA'S PREFERRED SUPPLIER

Since we have been forced by Bonita's to go over to Marara Pharmacy since the beginning of 2025, as their preferred service provider it has been a complete disaster. I fully blame Bonita's for this as they should not be using sub-standard service providers. Try complain to Bonita's and it is impossible you get an automated response, just another example that they do not care about their members. It is completely unfair that as a client we are forced to either pay exorbitant co-payments or use Bonita's preferred supplier. If this is the case then make sure that your service provider can actually offer a service. I also could not believe when reading all the bad reviews here that Bonita's actually still proceeds to use Marara Pharmacy as their preferred supplier. But then again this will drop on deaf ears as we are only one member and what does Bonita's care, even if their marketing stance is that they really care about their members. We will certainly have to look into other medical aid options forward going.
