Shocking Behaviour

This is my final attempt to solicit a response from an organisation that has, quite frankly, demonstrated shocking disregard for its obligations.

For weeks now, I have made repeated and reasonable requests for my medical tax certificate — a legal document I am fully entitled to. Each of these requests has been ignored, without so much as the courtesy of an acknowledgment. The silence has been deafening, the service disgraceful, and the delay entirely indefensible.

Let me be perfectly clear: your refusal to provide my tax certificate constitutes an obstruction of my ability to meet SARS compliance. It is grossly negligent, verging on willful misconduct. If this document is not received within 24 hours, I will escalate this matter beyond your offices — to the Council for Medical Schemes, SARS, and every public platform available to me. And rest assured: I will not dilute the extent of your failure.
