Shocked they don't pay for emergency root treatment

<p>My family & I hardly ever go to the dentist, probably the last time was 5 years ago. Beginning this year I unfortunately had the worst toothache I would not wish on my worst enemy. My dentist did root treatment and to my relief I felt normal again. Is terrible pain not covered by Bonitas? I pay a fortune every month and my situation was an emergency procedure. I am deeply disappointed! I cannot say how many people I have referred to Bonitas as I thought you were an excellent company, believe me I will not be doing that again, unless this is taken seriously. Root treatment in my experiance is as essential as going for surgery in a hospital or giving birth! It is a must to remedy not to walk around with excruciating pain.</p>
