I am member of Bonitas medical aid fund, and I had misfortune of someone committed ***** on my medical aid. Upon realizing that I flagged it with the fund and it is been a painful experience to put it mildly to have to deal with *********** service consultants. I had called yet again on the 27 Mar to speak to someone senior i was told that I will receive a call on the 28th the latest. Today is the 29th no one has called me.
