SERVICE CAN NOT BE WORSE BONITAS

After taking 2 months to pay my Psychologist out of PMB for 3 x claims, yet again Bonitas can't get this right with 4th claim, absolutely useless! It was promised by an escalations consultant there would not be future problems with claims related to my Psychologist because Bonitas had eventually got the ICD code sorted out. As a result of Bonitas pathetic administration I have had to now stop seeing my Psychologist because I can not financially continue to pay her and wait in hope Bonitas pays. Let me remind you that PMB is my right and Bonitas has absolutely no right to reject these claims. Bonitas claims that ICD Code is incorrect and have decided to diagnose me with another disorder with no knowledge or authority. They have even questioned a professional's diagnosis code which has been used for 3 years. The only time I as a member that I receive any assistance from Bonitas is when I go to Hello Peter. Well I am now going to Medical Aid Council. Sorry but this must be the worst service ever, at least next year I can move on to a Medical Aid that actually cares for it's members.
