I am not happy with the service I am currently receiving. The option I am paying for is BonEssential which is a hospital plan. I have a very painful tooth that needs to be attended at the hospital and not at the surgery or a dentist's room. I am told that the plan does not cover the removal of the tooth so I will have to pay from my pocket. I am not removing the tooth at the surgery, I am removing it at the hospital so my hospital plan needs to cover that. Please help with this issue
