Sends cancellation forms instead of dealing with the client
This company doesn't care about its clients. Quick to send cancellation forms instead of helping the customer. No human response via email. Account managers no longer work for the company so no-one to contact. Only call centre takes calls and gives generic responses. Tired and waiting for a call.
