selected nominated service provider not been paid
I received Email from our nominated doctor today that my consultation on 11/01/2016 and that my wife's consultation on 26/01/2016 was rejected. I phoned today on Bonitas help line and they can see on the form that I did nominated those doctors on my nomination list,but they did not load it on the system. Please rectify your mistakes,because the doctors want to know by me when will they get paid. My member number is ***
