Scheme Approval

Ive been put on Chronic medication, with the DSP being Pharmacy Direct. I called the call center trying to explain my reasons why i wont be able to use Pharmacy direct as i travel a lot and will most likely miss some of the deliveries to my house. I made a request to alternatively collect my medication at Dis-chem as its Nation wide and would be most convenient for me. I was put on hold for 10min only to be told my issue would be escalated as my request needs scheme approval and till than i cannot avoid the 40% non-refundable co payment
