My father has been member of bonitas since 80s. We were also covered by him under theor scheme until we became of age. Now my mother wants an operation for medical condition motivated by the doctor. Its a life saving operation, bonitas, decline it for some unknown reasons. The operation is orthopedic, it is not cosmetic and it was not pre existing, now they avoid paying for it.
