**** Medical Aid
This Medical AID is Sickening!!! Im soooo fed up.
You refused to pay my money back based on a pre authorisation. Medical Centre ressponded that they have asked for authorization and you rejected!! Now you refuse to pay my money Back!!!
Now Bonitas is Lying to the Pharmacy ones again saying that contraceptives are covered from Savings which you broschure clearly states the opposite!!! I want nothing to do with this medical AID!! Definately will let the world know how much you are ******** everything.

I sent back the response form the medical centre where they clearly stated that they have asked for preauthorisation!! Where as bonita's says that wasnt the case. Why must other peoples faulth cost me R1000? Follow up with medical centre and pay my money back. Also see below.
