savings were used to pay a contracted out doctor

My son was involved in a accident and had to undergo surgery<br> The surgeon is contracted out and charge private tariffs which are more than the medical aid tariffs<br> Bonitas then paid the surgeon the medical aid tariffs plus his private tariffs without getting my<br> permission to do so. This is now the second time this year that Bonitas are doing it. I want Bonitas to reverse all my savings and I will pay the contracted out surgeon myself . <br>
