Savings used for chronic visit and blood test

Good Day, my husband is on chronic meds which are covered by the PMB Chronic cover, which covers the doctors visit 2 times a year as well as bloodtests relating to the chronic list. And on our plan we have available the wellness benefit amount of +-R900 which can be used for doctor visits, blood tests and x-rays. I discovered that Bonitas paid the chronic visit out of the wellness benefit and the blood tests which I feel is unfair, because there is a separate plan for that. I have been trying from the 18th of June for this to be resolve, with no avail. Please can someone who is knowledgable contact me regarding this. Thank you
