Savings reimbur*****t Bermuda triangle and call center call back phobia

Still waiting in the 'amazing'...you are next queue whats**** service to be attended to. For reasons unknown I am trying to use my savings to be reimbursed to me for treatment (That I had to already pay for out of my pocket). No one calls back, no one! I've depleted my mobile airtime more than once (I have given the call center agent my mobile number, confirmed my membership number).
