Savings Refunds that is due to me and Bonitas fail to pay as promised in May.....

I am very disappointed and disgusted about the services i got from Bonitas and their previous administration, i have Savings refund that was due in May , i made a call Friday 29 May 2026 enquiring about my refunds following up the email they sent me on the 20 May 2026 with the Reference No 190527QLJW73 about them processing at their Finance Department the lady i spoke to never mentioned anything about Momentum new administration, Only today 01 June i am told that i will get my money somewhere end of June, this is totally unacceptable, lack of transparency from Medical aid that i have been loyal to for the longest time, mind you 5 Months that waiting period has totally passed now and this is the money that i didn't use and deserve to get back without fail from Bonitas..............
