Savings Refund

Bonitas really offers awful service regarding their refund process. I spoke to Lerato Jantjie from their call centre who is insensitive and lacks consideration. My refund is held up by a policy change implemented in March yet I sent documents in February, she confirms that comms were not sent to me regarding resubmitting documents however unable to ensure the process is sped up as it is not my fault,according to her my refund is still under verification process which I asked what exactly is being verified and lousy answers were given without proper elaboration. Ella Letlole her team leader is too occupied to come attend my query and there’s no other team leader who can assist. I’m strong armed to the Health Ombudsman.
