Savings refund disappointing

This is the worst medical aid I have ever had, firstly I had to cancel it because of poor service then now when I claim from my savings I have been sent from pillar to post always claiming that my id is not visible even went to the branch so that they have my id personal still the reply says it’s unclear, finally the id becomes clear after several complaints now I must get it certified proof of banking details,send it now my id is not clear again The complaints department is worse they don’t assist with anything and the consultant sub the name of Thokozile and Lerato is like they reading a script or automated machine will not address your problem at all and listening skills zero. I will never recommend this medical aid even if it’s the last one on earth
