SAVINGS REFUND A HUSTLE, WITH NO COMMUNICATION

My Bonsave medical aid as terminated onthe 30th Nov 2025, and in January I was told I will receive my savings refund onthe 5th month with no date stipulated. Now we are onthe 5th, I am here thinking bonitas will say something, instead they waited for me to contact them. What kind of medical aid institution is this. After this long waiting period which is I don't understand to date, I must still be calling you to ask about the status of everything and being told about 14 days bluh bluh bluh, if I did not call were you guys gonna even tell me these stories???. What is difficult to refund my saving inthe 5th month without any hustle. I have used Discivery before and my savings were transferred to my account within 2 weeks of termination, what is so difficult for your institution to do the same. I wouldn't advice anyone to out you medical aid, you are such a hustle. Now can I please get my e-mail answered to, and get a date as to when will I receive my savings?????
