Savings Refund

Miss Leticia L. Nicol membership: ********** 8675. I received a email from a lady by the name of Audrey. Requesting some documents from me which was emailed to her work email address on Wednesday morning. Since then the email has not been read. And still the matter has not been resolved. I Would Like To Know How Long Will This Take Before My Savings Refund Is Paid Back To Me. This matter has been going on forever and nobody gives feedback. A reply to this message is all the feedback I get. Then everything is quiet until I post another complaint online.
