Savings Refund

One will tell that you dont want to refund me, first it was up and down about certified documents, now it's a phone call. I made initiative to call you and finance refused to take my call, i called twice without getting assistance, they want to call me and the phone is not with me i provided alternative number since my phone is with my daughter, i am a pensioner taking care of my grandkids and my daughter, i need this money to take care of them and pay my daughter school fees, i begged so many times, if my money is not paid tomorrow, you will leave me no choice but to complain to the ombudsman.
