Savings Refund
I dont regret leaving this Bonitas medical aid, your service is very poor. Funeral policies are much better they refund with 4 hours this days, however with you guys i have to wait 4 weeks, the only thing you know to do is send useless emails, "your query has been sent to finance" and none of finance staff can process my refund.
