Savings refund

Hi Peter i am writing this letter with a heavy heart o dont know what to do anymore..I determineted my contract with bonitas on Dec 2024...From January i was out already.April they send me forms for my refund after those forms it was not and easy ride they were playing hide and seek with me..Okay come May they told that i am going to get my savings..Where on the 9th of May they send me an email saying that my refund is being send to finance for final vetting.Come June on the 18th i received an email stating that my refund is being prepared..Okay i thought i was gonna get my money today as is the 30th june still nothing in my account.I called them today the other lady told to wait more 7 working days i even lost count for 7 working days from May till now its July tomrw.Bonitas i know that u took my money and you are buzy getting Interest with my money while i am bizy struggling.Release my money stop apologising and delays to delay with my money.If i am not getting my money by end of this week im taking this issue forward.I lost patience for your bad service release my money now.
