Savings refund
My membership for Bonitas terminated end of January 2018 - membership number ***. This year in January I submitted documents for my savings account refund. Finally I was told I had submitted all required documents. My savings amount, according to the monthly member statements, has been consistently above R30000. The opening balance for the April statement is R32510.33. And the closing balance is R3268.79 - which Bonitas now says I'm gonna be paid. Somewhere in that April statement there is a transaction described as 'Write off' amounting to R29259.29 deducted. What transaction is this? Where did this figure come from? Bonitas conceeded that my debt was fully paid up June 2019. I don't get it!!!! I called this morning and was assisted by one nice agent called Wandile. Unfortunately I ran out of airtime during the process. Can someone at Bonitas please explain.
