Savings Plan refund

I am due fir a refund from the medical aid - the savings plan. I no longer am a member of Bonitas and they need to pay my refund to me. I sent the required documents for the payment to be made on 17 April 2025 and I received an automated email acknowledging the documents sent. I have called them on a number of occasions asking when will the payment be made - everytime I am being given a reference number, get told that Finance will call me to tell me when are they going to pay me, however, that has not happened. The latest reference number is 210525QYFD24. Please assist
