Savings contribution returns

I've app**** for my savings returns from the fund submitted every document they wanted even passed their 4 month waiting period when they have to pay my savings they doing turn around they telling me to wait for the finance department they don't give the relevant information as to when will I get my savings they are ghosting me and taking me from pillar to post yet I've submitted all relevant documents.. I wish I used a different medical scheme bonitas it's a no go area with my momentum plans everything was done accordingly but bonitas they want you to end up giving up
