SAVINGS / BONITAS

What shameful conduct from Bonitas. They contacted me regarding a refund of my savings account balance. Promised that it would be paid within 5 months (end of January 2025). No word then till I followed up in February. Since then it has been an ever-changing list of requirements which I duly comp**** with. Received email on 25 February assuring me that my refund was being processed by the finance dept and I planned my expenses accordingly. Today, I am told I need to get a police/post office certification for a PHYSICALLY STAMPED BANK COMFIRMATION. Can someone tell me what the police/post office will be certifying as a true copy when that is the original document. Not to mention that I ASKED Bonitas beforehand what they needed to show that the document was a certified ORIGINAL and they said they need a physical stamp from the bank instead of the electronic one I had downloaded (I have a copy of their email instructing me as such). When we deal with medical aid companies we expect the highest levels of integrity. After all, we are trusting them to come through in life or death situations; we are trusting them with our personal/intimate details. How can we trust a brand that is playing hide and seek with money that is not theirs; that they are holding in trust?
