Savings are there for vibes, you can't use them

I cannot believe how difficult it is to get a pair of glasses without limitations (apparently I'm limited to R1030 even though I have over R15000 in available savings) and to get prep. I've been complaining about the same thing for weeks. Having a medical aid with Bonitas is proving to be useless. Last year I struggled to get bonitas to pay for lancet tests FROM MY SAVINGS because you wanted a clinical motivation from my doctor as to why she was running the tests. Excuse me???? So invasive. And unnecessary. Of I have savings available just use them, why should I have to struggle and explain so much? I hate this medical aid and hope I will he able to change it.
