Satisfied Bonitas Medical Aid customer- reinstatement of medical aid account
I requested the reinstatement of my account following retirement. Consultant advised me correctly, sent necessary emails and instituted the medical aid within 2 days. I’m very pleased with the customer service as I have had uninterrupted access to medical aid benefits.
