Same Promises with The same results they do not care
I wrote review on Bonitas is I have received a response form them and they have answered the review which does not give me the right to reply, they have called me once and informed me that they would investigate, ,well that is all that has happened they have not come back to me as they promised they would, i expected nothing less form them. Same uncaring Medical aid company

17 Jul 2024, 12:55That is what you told me on the 11th of July and i had a phone call with promises just because i put my complaint on Hello Peter, and then nobody once again as always does not come back to you and resolve the issues and now you send me the same response as always , because you take your clients for fools no ene ever comes back to you.
