Same problem over and over again

<p>My mother is on chronic treatment for blood clotting disorder which requires frequent blood testing, how is then that the blood tests are subject to day to day benefits, as pensioner this is ridiculous as the tests are crucial and she does not have the finances to pay for these tests monthly.</p> <p> </p> <p>As if not fully covering the chronic medication is not enough problems...</p>
