Same pathetic service in same week,

I'm having endless issues with my maternity benefits. I can never get a straight answer. According to the Bonitas scheme rates a Gynae consultation (nappi code: 0190) is only covered for R422.30. Firstly what specialist charges R422.30 secondly the Ultrasound (Nappi code 3615) is R692.80. The network doctor (Practice ***) according to the accounts lady there the consultations R1100.00 and scan is R600.00. So am i liable for the difference? The agent i spoke to said oh its probably an admin fee???? how do you not know whats going on with your contracted doctors? What's the point of using a network doctor if I still have to pay in? I chose to use a non network doctor so that I can get better service and I just didn't get any from this doctor. I was only paid R888.50 for scan and consultation. This medical aid is a complete ******* honestly. I'm so sick and tired of having to fight with the medical aid. I have no choice but to belong to this medical aid since my employer doesn't have much options, if you have an options. Do not chose bonitas. They promise the world in the brochure but when it comes to paying theres always some excuses and agents that have no idea what is going on on their own products. Just another example is of network doctor Practice number *** who charges R548.99 for consultation and 900.64 for a scan.
