Once again we have to go back and forth, I was sent an email by my physio the******, in fact let me say a bill. According to the silly email I just received I was sent a request to motivate a claim. How the hell would I motivate a claim when I'm not the one who ordered the treatment. The agent then proceeds to lie and claim that I was sent communication to motivate the authorization. Why would a whole Pulmonologist order something is its not necessary Good God stop giving scripted answers and pay when you have to. I'm so tired of dealing with you so glad I'm changing my medical aid because WOOOW
