Bonitas you are shameful. I have been with you since 2007 and every time I have needed you, you have bailed or made life so difficult. Instead of working to provide me with the medical cover, I pay for, you have denied me, for a second time, an operation that would relieve pain, allow me to work effectively, and to continue employing 13 people. I am losing the use of my right arm, I need help with dressing and undressing, I cannot cook safely, I cannot pick up my child, I am having trouble typing because of tremor in both hands, I am struggling to drive safely because I cannot turn the steering wheel as I should.
