Run away from Bonitas

it has gone past the point of upsetting, honestly I just have to laugh cos I think I have cried screamed, cursed and threatened enouhg. If I could document my interactions with Bonitas since May, I would have a best seller with twists and turns, shocking exceptions. Oh, please do yourself a favour: you're looking for medical aid. This is not a medical aid; it is a one-way ticket. You pay them for nothing; they pay for all your medical care out of pocket. Don't get me started on the incompetence of the whole centre. What a joke; trying to get transferred to the correct department is Mission Impossible.
