Rude staff hang up calls in customers ears
Disgusting rude and arrogant call centre member. Hangs up the call. Won't be joining this medical aid. If your staff are rude when trying to sign up I can only imagine how they will react for authorisations ect. Bonitas work on your call centre staff!!!
