RUDE RUDE RUDE

I called the chronic department of Bonitas to enquire about a couple of my chronic medicines that is not covered by the medical aid. I spoke to a consultant that was EXTREMELY rude. Within the first minute of the call I asked if I could speak to another consultant (I knew the moment he answered he does not want to be at work and he definitely did not want to speak to, never mind assist anyone with any query). I was told there is no one else that can assist me. My complaint is long and with several issues, but it boils down to the above.

I sincerely wish I never ever have to speak to Swalala again and think he definitely need to go for training again. My wish with this complaint is that the department handling complaints will actually go back to the recording and listen to the entire conversation.
